首先，确认自己是(或曾是)一名blogger，即正在(或曾经)亲自维护一个blog(博客)，将blog网址发至，审核通过后，我们会回复一段验证码，您可以选择将其嵌入新的文章或侧边栏中，操作完毕后，请回复告知我们，我们将再次审核，并把相关信息（包括五个拥有SSH权限的帐号）发至您的邮箱。您可以将其中的四个帐号赠与您信任的人。

第二步：配置MyEnTunnel软件

下载并安装MyEnTunnel，该软件全名为My Encrypted Tunnel。

按照上图将第一步收到的帐号信息填写到相应的地方后，点击按钮，再点击按钮。

第一次连接过程中会出现一个认证对话框，按照提示确认即可。以后的自动连接中将不再出现此认证对话框。

最后点击按钮，使对话框隐藏到系统任务栏中。

提示：

为MyEntunnel创建一个快捷方式，将其复制到系统的【启动】（C:\Documents and Settings\当前用户名（需要修改成你自己的）\「开始」菜单\程序\启动）文件夹中，今后开机便可自动启动软件，并自动连接服务器。

绿色代表连接成功且稳定；黄色代表正在连接或重新连接；红色代表连接失败。

第三步：配置Firefox浏览器

假设你正使用Firefox浏览器阅读本文。

一键安装：http://autoproxy.mozdev.org/latest.xpi

点击立即安装，安装后，重新启动Firefox。然后你会看到如下对话框，选择gfwlist (P.R.China)后，点击确定。

接着你会看到Firefox主界面右上角出现有一个“福”字图案，点击“福”。

点击“代理服务器——编辑代理服务器”。

随即出现如下画面，你会看到如GAppProxy、Tor和Your Freedom这样一系列代理服务器名称。

将GAppProxy一栏的参数修改为如下图所示。

修改完毕后，点击确定。至此配置已全部就绪。

Using Webtunnel SSH Paid Service

This tutorial will demonstrate the procedure for setting up Secure-Tunnel's Webtunnel SSH software to forward data through Secure-Tunnel's protected servers.

1. If you have not already done so, please download Webtunnel SSH first.

2. Webtunnel SSH does not require installation, you can simply launch Webtunnel directly from the folder you downloaded it to.

3. The software will open and you will be presented with the logon screen. Enter your username and password and then click connect. If you wish to save your username and password, or automatically connect on startup, click the check boxes on the front page. Keep in mind that choosing these options will write an encrypted file to the directory your Webtunnel.exe application is stored in.
4. After you click connect the software will connect to the servers. You will see three green boxes. The Status box indicates whether or not you are connected to the servers. The HTTP proxy box shows the port that the HTTP proxy is connected on. This is the port you will enter into Internet Explorer and any other program that you want to route through the http proxy tunnel. The Socks Proxy is the port to which the socks proxy connected. This is the port you will enter for any program that you wish to route through the socks proxy tunnel.

5. OPTIONAL:
You may want to create custom forwards with Webtunnel to route directly to a server, such as a news server. Creating custom forwards is easy in Webtunnel. Click the connections tab, and then choose new forward. Name the forward something that identifies the connection. The local address must be between 1 and 254. The port will be the port to which your software would normally connect. For example, a news server would use 119. The remote address is the address that you want to connect to. If you are connecting to news.secure-tunnel.com you would enter that here. The port for the remote address must be the port to which you would connect without using the tunnel. In essence, the remote address and port are exactly the same as what you would enter into your newsreader or other software to connect to the remote server without using the tunnel.

To route the data through the tunnel, you then connect your software to the local address and port. For example, you would connect to 127.0.0.1 port 119 and your connection will be routed to the remote address and port through the tunnel.

Keep in mind that you can only use a specific port with a specific address one time. For example, you cannot make a forward with 127.0.0.1 port 119 to go to news.giganews.com and another 127.0.0.1 port 119 to go to news.newsfeeds.com. You must change the local address to 127.0.0.2 or another unused address.

Port Forward Disable Free Shell List

Before you can create a SSH tunnel, you'll need to try out if the free shell provider blocking port forward on their server. I search google for free shell accout and get a long free shell list. I have try these free shell account providers. By default they don't allow you creating SSH tunnel if you are using their free shell account. Some providers will enable the SSH tunnel for you if you do a donation of money or hardware.

Here is the list:
ariel.atlantica.us - SSH tunnel disabled
m-net.arbornet.org - SSH tunnel disabled
SDF - SSH tunnel disabled. I'm not sure if they allow SSH tunnel after a donation.
cray-cyber.org - SSH tunnel disabled
cyberspace.org - SSH tunnel disabled
nic-nac-project.org - In order to get your life-time shell account with them. You'll need to send them a nice postcard in an envelope. You'll be activated right on the day your letter arrives! I dont have an actived account with them so I'm not sure if SSH tunnel is allowed.

bshellz.net - SSH tunnel is disabled by default. Users who donate over £10 will be allowed to create SSH tunnels.

Gproxy - A Must Have Firefox Proxy Manage Add-on

Many users consider Firefox a more secure and convenient browser. However, when used it with multi proxies, they had to change its proxy setting manually, and reverse the setting after use. GProxy aims to solve this problem. GProxy is a Firefox/Thunderbird add-on (tool bar and status bar icon) that helps users to manage and switch proxy settings easily. It supports GPass, FreeGate, UltraSurf, Garden, and other proxy systems, with Chinese, English, and Farsi interface.

To use this add-on, first you should download it from Here. You can save the gproxy.xpi file to the folder where you store portable Firefox. Let's say save it to d:\FirefoxPortable.

After the download, start running your portable Firefox. Select "File" from the top menu and then select "Open file". Browse to d:\FirefoxPortable and open gproxy.xpi. Firefox will ask you if you want to install this add on, choose "yes" and install.

Restart your firefox and you'll find the add on shown intool bar. Right click the tool bar and select "Preferences" to load the Gproxy options. See screenshot below.

Setup and Use Socks Proxy with Firefox

After you create a SSH tunnel in putty, the next step is to config Firefox browser to use socks proxy. Firefox is more compatible with a SOCKS proxy than other browsers in terms of security. And firefox has a portable edition so you can use it in a Internet cafe, or a school computer. Store Firefox portable in a thumbdrive and take your bookmarks, extensions and saved passwords with you.

This is a guide on how to use proxy with Mozilla Firefox 3.0:

1. Download Firefox portable from Here!
2. Run the Firefox Portable installer and install it to a thumbdrive you want.
3. Open Firefox and wait for the welcome screen to load if this is the first time you have opened it. then click the 'tools' menu and click 'options'. at the top, click 'advanced', then click the 'network' tab . Under Connections, click settings.
4. Select 'Manual proxy configuration:'.
Where it says 'SOCKS Host:' enter localhost into the box.
5. Where it says 'Port:' enter 7890 into the box. The port is set in putty SSH tunnel.

6. Click the 'OK' button.
7. Click the 'OK' button on the previous window.
8. Run putty.exe and login your shell account so your SSH tunnel is on.
9. Type http://www.aplusproxy.com/iptest/index.php in firefox address bar and check your IP address. You can also open Windows IE to visit http://www.aplusproxy.com/iptest/index.php without proxy. Check out if the IP has been changed after using a proxy.
10. If your SSH tunnel works and your proxy setting is right in forefox, you can browse any blocked sites through the SSH tunnel now.

The following steps is for advanced users only:

11. In the browser location bar (the place where you type web addresses), type about:config and press Enter. This opens a different set of Firefox preferences.
12. Where it says 'Filter:' at the top, type network.proxy.socks. The list of preferences will automatically change to show your proxy preferences.
13. Highlight 'network.proxy.socks_remote_dns' by clicking it only once. Then, right-click it. This opens a small pull-down menu. Select 'Toggle' from the menu to change its value to 'true'. This adds privacy by preventing DNS queries from leaking. This is the reason why Firefox is recommended over other browsers for using this service.
14. Close Firefox and restart it.

Create SSH Tunnel In Putty

To create SSH tunnel, first you need to have a SSH (Secure SHell) account for this to work. Most of the free shell account providers disable SSH tunnel on their server. In the previous post, I show you how to obtain a free shell account. Unfortunately, Ariel.atlantica.us free shell account doesn't allow SSH tunnel.

Bshellz.net is another free shell account provider. If you can donate over £10 to Bshellz, you be allowed to create SSH tunnels. After you get a shell account, follow these steps to create a SSH tunnel.

1. Open PuTTY.
2. Where it says 'Host Name (or IP address)' and has a box underneath it, enter the name of your SSH host into the box.
3. Under 'Saved Sessions' enter a name for this connection that will help you remember it later. For example, you could call it 'Bshellz SSH' so you know this will be the proxy connection.
4. In the 'Category:' menu on the left, expand the 'Connection' menu list if it is not expanded already. Expand the 'SSH' menu list if that one is not expanded already. Click 'Tunnels' (underneath 'SSH'). This opens the options where you will enter the settings for PuTTY to create the tunnel.
5. Under 'Add new forwarded port:' enter 7890
6. Where it says 'Destination' leave that field blank but be sure to select the 'Dynamic' option underneath it.
7. Click the 'Add' button to add this port.

8. In the 'Category:' menu on the left, click the click 'Connection'.
9. Where it says 'Seconds between keepalives (0 to turn off)' enter 5 in the box. This will keep your connection alive and prevent it from timing out even when you walk away from the computer for a while.
10. In the 'Category:' menu on the left, click 'Session' at the very top to go back to the first screen.
11. Click the 'Save' button to save all of the settings you just entered. Later you will not have to enter these settings again in the future, you will only need to load up your saved profile (by double-clicking it after you open PuTTY) every time you wish to connect to the proxy.
12. Click the 'Open' button to open the connection to the shell sever.
13. When connected you will be asked for your username and password. Enter the username and password for your account. Once connected the tunnel is open.

Now you can connect using any SOCKS compatible software by configuring it to use localhost as the proxy server and use port 7890. The reason why you connect to localhost and not the address of the server is because PuTTY has forwarded that port from the server to your computer. Once you connect to localhost, it sends the data right back up through the encrypted tunnel to the server. Keep in mind data that leaves the server and goes out to the Internet is not encrypted unless you are connecting to a secure web site that uses SSL encryption (https://).

Alternative method: If you use PuTTY from the command line, here is a faster way to establish the secure tunnel without having to use any of the steps above:
putty.exe -D 7890 username@sshhost and press Enter
Just replace username with your actual username and ssh.host with the address of the SSH server. When it logs in you will automatically be asked for your password. Once that is accepted the encrypted tunnel is automatically created on port 7890 on your computer.

After you are finished using the tunnel, type logout and press Enter to exit putty.

Tutorial: Obtaining a Free Shell Account From Ariel.atlantica.us

The best way to learn Putty is by practicing, so before we learn the basic commands, let’s obtain a free shell account. Ariel.atlantica.us is a small free shell provider. Get a free shell account from Ariel.atlantica.us is very easy.

1. Run Putty.exe and input Ariel.Atlantica.US in the HostName.
2. A security warning will pop up, select "Accept" and continue.
3. A command line window will appear. Enter "new" as the login.
4. Enter your desire login name. I enter a 9 characters login and fail.
5. Enter a new login no longer than 8 characters.
6. If the login is available, you will be asked to press "Enter" key.
7. After press the "Enter" key, you will be asked for your desire password twice.
8. Congratuations! Everything is done. Don't forget to write down your login and password.
Now you have a working free shell account. Don't break the rules while using your shell account.

Rules for using Ariel.atlantica.us free shell account:
Do not try to access accounts that aren't yours or you were given permission to use.
Do not try to bypass the network restrictions.
Do not run any CPU, memory or disk intensive processes.
Do not do anything that's illegal in the United States or in your country.

How to use PuTTY

1. What is Putty?

PuTTY is a program that makes it possible to work on a remote Linux machine from a Windows PC computer.

2. Where to download Putty?

Visit the Putty Download Page (this will open a new window so you can download while reading this guide). Scroll down the page to find the link next to "putty.exe" that says "(or by HTTP)". Make sure you select the one for "Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, and 2000", otherwise you will not be able to run putty.

Click the download link and save putty.exe to your harddisk. I suggest you to create a folder "putty" on D: and save putty.exe to D:\putty

3. Run putty.exe

Go to d:\putty and double click putty.exe will start running the program. A window will pop up. A screenshot of the progarm is provided below.

4. Get a free shell account

For test purpose, an easy way to get a free account is visit m-net.arbornet.org and register yourself. You can do this by using telnet or their web-based secure shell client to create an account.
